Following seven successful editions that have shed light on several areas of significance for the industry’s development, the Global Islamic Bankers’ Survey 2023 Report covers the theme of “Talent Management Dynamics: Current Practices, Challenges, and Prospects”.
The 8th edition of the GIBS report monitors Islamic banks’ executives’ perspectives towards the talent landscape in the Islamic banking industry as well as the practices and challenges in attracting, developing, and retaining talents within their institutions.
The report consists of three main sections, with the first two sections covering the confidence and risk indexes as in previous GIBS and the third covering this year’s theme as described below.
